involuntary erction of penis in the sleep
sir i am 20 years old boy. 2 years ago i masturbate for only 8-10 times,and from then i have a problems of night fell(wet dreams) and just from then i have stopped masturbating.i dont take any medicine for 1 year,but later i started medicine prescribed from dhms doctor.but it was invein.later also i have taken medicine from mbbs,m.d doctor a course of 6 month.i have certain benifits on them but not fully overcome my problems.sir ihave problems like anxiety,sometimes higer heartbits,lack of deep sleep,do not concentrate on my studies and any other work,physical & mental weakness.at early stages 1 day after i got wet dreams but it is now reduced to 2 times in week. but sir i cannot control my sexual desire, as i want to control on them.for this also i have restrict myself to see bluefilms,and any other porn content. sir many times at morning erection of penis occure without any dreams and liquid pills off. sir i used to sleep 11-12 p.m and get rid at 7a.m at morning.
sir if you are reading it so i request you, to give me a perfect remidy on involuntary erection of penis in the sleep.and reamydy for good deep sleep ,i want to just get rid of them as early as possible.

Rispected sir,I have purchased nux vomica 200 in liquid form but yet not taken it.is it have certain sideeffects on body.sir,can i take Chandraprabha vati and Ashwagandharishtha along with it, as i have continued taking both from 1 week.

There is no harm in taking chandraprabha vati. There is no need to take Ashwagandharishta. After taking Nux, please take kali phos 200 at night for 3 days and salix nigra Q 10 drops in the morning and evening for 15 days. CP Vati should be continued.
