Long Standing Urogenital Problem...Please help

Dear Doctor

I am a 34 year old male from India. I have had a 10 year old history of impotence that I still struggle with.

However my question is not about this....

In year 2008, I had unsafe sex. A few days after the contact, my left testicle gradually became swollen and
painful. It was sensitive to touch and I could hardly sit or drive for long periods of time. I also developed urinary complications. I was diagnosed and treated for the eipididy-morchitis by my first urologist.....for a long time, I might add. After months of antibiotics (doxycycline, some injections etc) I still wasn't cured. In
fact, by now, I also developed an epididymal cyst...hard, knotty lumps that were on the top of my left testicle....the doctor said it happens after such an infection clears up. I tried allopathic for a long time
but the net result was that I still had all the complications I had before. Briefly this is what I had that time:

- I had pain the perineum....always had a dull ache in the groin area especially around left testicle. Sitting etc was painful
- Left testicle became harder & bigger. The epididymal cyst was like a lump of nodules right on top of my left
testicle
- Urine was frequent but scanty...it also had a strong smell, of dark color and very foamy
-Ejaculation was also painful
- Penis is normaly cold and shrunken....the long standing impotence problem became much worse after 2008.

In 2009 I was suggested 'excision' of the cyst fluid by a urologist....I underwent surgery and the fluid was
drained from my cyst...however the fluid filled up in less than a week. Upon complaining to the doctor that all my problems were just the same way there were before, he grudingly gave me another 1.5 months if antibiotics (ofloxacin).....I realised that my testicles also became tight and hard, retracting into the abdomen many times in the day. My doc, exasperated, said it is 'all in my mind'. That day I gave up on allopathy. I had gone to the best urologists in the city, seen at least 5 of them for continued periods but no one could treat me. All my symptoms listed above are there today, albeit slightly lesser. In the end of 2010 someone asked me to try homeopathy and I started...I gained some relief from my first doctor...he suggested Belladonna and Pulsatilla (5 drops in half cup water), alternately 2 times a day each. These gave some relief, but not for long. All in all, even though the difference was little....I feel I still
found some relief in homeopathy. After about 6-8 months of Belladonna and Pulsatilla with dwindling relief, I then went to visit a neighbourhood homeopath who is very reputed. Besides his own formulations (for orchitis), he also gave me anti-anxiety tablets. I have been going to this doctor and have had some degree of relief (not much)....basically the perineal pain is much lesser. However, the orchitis and cyst of the left testicle, as
well as the tightness and retracting testes are still very much present. He says that his medicines are also
treating me for the long-standing impotence problem, but I am yet to see any improvement in that department. I still have dark, foamy urine that smells....still frequent and scanty.

Recently I tried Baryta Carb 200 (5 drops/ 3 times a day) for a boil that was taking a long time to heal (my first homeopath had suggsted BC 200 after months of taking antibiotics gave me lots of boils). It had an amazing effect on my testicles, strangely. The tight and drawn up feeling really diminished and I felt normal
after years. Unfortunately this lasted for two days only. Seeing the effect I started taking Baryta Carb 200 daily in the same dosage every day I am at the brink of leaving my neighbourhood homeopath since it has been almost 10 months since any real difference now....the Bartya Carb has me thinking...should I give this an extended shot? Should I combine this with something else? Or is there anything that you can suggest? Any line of action? I am at a real dead end here.

I am otherwise healthy, Play and swim (am physically better than many guys younger than me)
5'10/ 75kg
I have a tendency of thinking and brooding...One can call me the anxious type

Thanks for your prompt reply Dr Deshlok.

Couple of questions:

1. The medicines that you suggested: Are they for a specific problem I am facing or will it address all issues?

2. Should I not take Baryta Carb during this time? The anti-anxiety med that my current doctor gives me is TRANQUIL by SBL...this helps me...can I continue taking this?

3. The Lyco 1m dose - I have to take this once every week for a month? How much?

And Agnus Castus in how much quantity?

Thanks a lot.

Regards
