Hi- what happens if you get up
before 10 am and then go on
with your day?

do you get nervous at all at 10am
when you have been up and about?? or
any other time during the day or night?-
Are you having a repeating dream
at 10 am waking you or having thoughts
of a particular person come to mind??

Hi Ahmed, it almost sounds
like you are having some type
of anxiety attack at 10 am, especially
if nothing is going on except
at that time. I was asking you
about it bc I have had similar things
go on with me at certain times also.

I think it would be good if you started
a new thread and asked sameervermani
or reva to take your case -they seem
to be very competent. Good luck.
