i wanna increase my height..nd cure my knee
my name is sahil/m and i am 20 yrs old my height is 5'7 inches-weight is 55 kg
suggest me some remedy
- i am having problem 3 yrs back
i had an injury in my left knee(joint)..the x ray reports were clear.
but since then i sometime have serious pain in knee due to sudden bending...sometimes it takes a day or two to be okk.
sometimes i juss fine by bending it left or rigt
..
i doubt may be some ligament may be involved..
plzzzz help..
