Cold with tempeature

Sir,

My mother (68 yrs old) is suffering from cough and cold with white expectoration. She is also having little temperature. Kindly suggest a remedy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Belladonna 30 and Ipeca 30 alternately, one dose every 4 hours for 1 day and write back.
