need help from a homeopath.......

my name is sahil/m and i am 20 yrs old my height is 5'7 inches
-weight is 55 kg
suggest me some remedy
- i am having problem 3 yrs back
i had an injury in my left knee(joint)..the x ray reports were clear.
but since then i sometime have serious pain in knee due to sudden bending...sometimes it takes a day or two to be okk.

sometimes i juss fine by bending it left or rigt
..
i doubt may be some ligament may be involved..
plzzzz help..

Please take three doses of Arnica 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

but i have got arnica 30....will it be okk
or i need to get arnica 200...

- and is this for curing knee
or
increasing height or both.....plzz intimate

This is for knee. Unfortunately there are no quick solutions for gaining height.
