Water Retention +Weight Gain and depression
I am currently very depressed because of my increasing weight, it is 190lbs and I stand 5'4'. I crave for salt foods and don't binge on fast foods. I usually eat more proteins and limited carbs. I am unable to enjoy my food(fear of weight gain). I workout 4-5 days a week and I dont sweat easy. My thyroid and blood test are normal. Blood pressure is normal. I also have Migraine and Heavy water retention I wish to avoid Diuretics. Kindly suggest I shall appreciate the response..tanya71 on 2012-02-19

Please take Natrum Mur 200 in the morning and evening for 2 days and see how that affects in next 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

for Mr.kadwa I sincerely appreciate your response. I am based in US and right now someone is traveling back from India I have followed your suggestion and asked to get Natrum Mur 200. Will you suggest any backup medicine so that I can purchase and keep it. The problems I have mentioned are inherited. My mother suffers from same symptoms.
