The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Light but persistent acne trouble!

dear doctors, I'm 15 years old and have light acne, with 3-5 largish pimples quite often. I'm an extremely active athlete, and quite matured for my age. I've been on Dr. Joe De Livera's Arnica 6c Wet dose, made by combining 500ML of water with 3 6c pillules of arnica. Which is then taken twice a day in the measurement of a teaspoon. The arnica doesn't seem to be helping much at all, and I've been on it for a month.
Any help is appreciated.
~Daniel.

Dear nawaz, I have filled out the form the best I can. Thanks for your time and effort.

My name is Daniel, I'm 15 years of age, male, single, and weigh approximately 64.7Kgs.
I'm from Australia, where it averages about 20 degrees most days.
I'm suffering from slight-moderate acne. The breakouts last 3-5 days normally, and as soon as one breakout has healed, I'd get another within a day or two. I'm non-Diabetic, and have an atheletes diet of more proteins then carbohydrates.
I've taken most sweets out of my diet, treating myself with the occasional one. But that seems to have no effect on my breakouts.
I get depressed sometimes, waking up and finding another few large pimples, which leave red marks that take weeks to fully heal.
The worst breakout I've had is before I adjusted my diet, and ate way too much chocolate at Easter. Worst decision ever.
Since then, I've removed dairy, and a moderate amount of sugars from my diet.
I have tried Dr. Joe Di Livera's Arnica remedy, taken in a wet dose, without success. I'm also using Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in water 50:50 as a toner after washing my face which speeds up the process of fading the red marks and drying the pimples. But it doesn't stop them from breaking out.
My mum had moderate acne when she was a teen, and dad had nothing.
Dairy seems to be a killer for me, if I have any at all, I'll notice it within a day or two of consumption. So I avoid dairy completely.
The acne would go redder, and get aggravated whenever I have a hard workout. This is extremely difficult to avoid, because I train at tennis 2 hours a day, and workout by running/riding etc for an extra hour.
The location of the acne is around the chin, lips, and under the nose. The side of my cheeks are completely clear. I also get it around the sides of my nose, but not very often.

I hope there is enough information here to help, If there's anything else important, please tell me.

Thanks,
Daniel

Arnica 6c, how long have you been taking and how many doses per day?

Please list all remedies at home right now?

nawazkhan last decade
I have been taking Arnica 6c for 4 weeks exactly now, in the form of 1 teaspoon taken twice daily.

I've also been using Apple Cider Vinegar mixed half-half with water, and applying it to the acne areas with a cotton pad after washing my skin.

Yup, you will get in the liquid form.

Thank you.

Would you have any suggestions on where to buy this remedy? Preferably online, as there are limited homeopathic stores where I live.

ShadowdeBlob last decade
Also, looking at the shop on ABC homeopathic, I shows the Berberis Aquifolium Q only in the Tincture form? Is this correct?
