pinched nerve after skin grafting

My mom is over 80 and just went through skin grafting on her left leg. Now she can walk, but her left foot still has numbness when she moves her foot/leg. Also, her arms hurt too due to nerve compression in her neck area. She's taking Vitamin B daily, but her recovery is slow. What kind of homeopathy medicine should I get for her? Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Hypericum 30 in the morning and evening for 2 days and see whether it helps.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
