Chostochondritis
i am suffering from chostochondrits.its starts before 2.5 year. in the begining 2 years there is knackle sound and tenderness in my chest.i am a martial artist i practised 2 year with this before 5 months it became chronic and i cant do anything. i tried ayurveda alopathy , massage, physioteraphy but no use. i am in a panic condition martial art is my passion. i want to praticipate the competiton. how long will take to cure this. now i am doing gentle exercise and 2 time heat application in my chest.. please help me..please suggest something to cure this deasease and also mention how long will it take to cure.....[message edited by xxxrajzzz on Sat, 25 Feb 2012 14:33:47 GMT]
