Now that she has recovered from fever I wish to start homeopathic treatment for her skin problem which is continuing with variable eruptions.Her temperature has come down for the last six days and she is not taking any allopathic medicines now.Only one medicinal cream (FLUCONEM-Neomycin Sulphate Miconazole Nitrate & Flucinolone Acetonide Cream) is applied on her affected surface of skin which heals it temporarily.A vitamin tonic is given to her to supplement any deficiencies.

8. Climate-Now it is Spring, Winter has gone Summer is just to arrive.
9. list of your complaints-
i. Eosinophilia-8% eosinophils
ii. Cold, nose blockage ,white thick mucus at posterior portion of nose
iii. Dry skin rashes/eruption(little red spots, flatten with a boundary white discoloring at center,many acne type eruptions also at different areas of skin)
iv. intermittent fever
v. worm problem
vi. mild dandruff in head
10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint-
i. Detected on 07.02.12
ii. Frequently develops after coming in contact with water during a mistakenly long bath. At present she is having it.
iii. Started at left temple three months before, in the first week of December 2011 and now also continuing. Just before that, she was having worm problem and I had given her Albandazole (single dose).
iv. 3 to 4 times every year that also due to cold and cough. Now she has suffered two times within this one month at a gap of 10days.
v. Every year she suffers and complain of anus itching. Now it is reduced after administration of Albandazole(allopathic). Grinds teeth during sleeping period at night now also, which is also a symptom of presence of worm .
vi. Just recently for one month.

i. Catches cold quickly on coming in contact with water
ii. Skin problems start with appearances of little red spots which then flatten with a outer boundary and white discoloration at their center. It has now appeared at forehead,neck,chest,belly,back,arms,hands and all above waistline. On application of skin cream(allopathic) it cures temporarily.

She does not feel any discomfort due to this skin eruption as there is no pain, no pus ,no itching.Sleep is disturbed at night.

After facing worm problem, nearly 3and ½ months before Albandazole was given to her in the winter period. After about 10 days, one little red spot appeared on the left temple. It started flattening with discoloration at center and red boundary.Silicea-200 one dose was given to her but no improvements marked. As it gradually spread to other parts of skin, allopathic medicine Cetrizine, Amoxycilline were given and Calamine lotion was being applied on affected skin for 3days.Then under the care of a skin specialist she was given Livcetzine, Azythromycine for 10days only and skin lotions ,creams are being applied now also. Vitamine & mineral supplements are being given for fulfilling any deficiencies. Paracetamol was given for curing her fever. Later due to fever she was given Cefadroxil,Promethazine hydrochloride, paracetamol for 5days.
As per the skin specialist- she captured allergy.
Now no anti allergy medicine is curing the problem completely. Though it somewhat reduced.

Father suffers a skin allergy occasionally due to exposure to sun’s UV rays which is cured by homeopathic medicine within one hour of its affect.

She likes to eat salty food, banana(now restricted) and grapes.

Just one day before,she bit her right inside of cheek mistakenly by her teeth during eating something and injured it with swelling and pain.So I had to give her Silicea-200C two globules evening and morning.Therefor I could not give her Ars.alb. and also I was waiting for a remedy which you would say after going through my answers to your questionnaires.

I have given her this Silicea myself which I've kept with me to use in such cases
and I do get its benefit also.Now I have also collected Ars.alb-30C asper your advice.
I shall give her after some gap as the effect of Silicea is continuing.
Please advise if there is anything else.
Her cheek swelling and pain is slowly reducing though not completely cured.

Swelling & pain of her cheek has almost reduced.

Skin eruptions on her body is now on a suppressed stage.

This may be due to the following-
1.Climate has changed from cool to hot,
2.Regular application of alopathic skin lotion & cream,
3.Vitamin & mineral supplements are given daily,
4.Regular bathing with water has been changed to alternate one with sponging on other days due to eosinophilia,
5.Promethazine hydrochloride was given orally for few days which is now stopped.
Still the following symptoms are there-
1.Running nose with mucus(slight yellow),
2.Few eruptions on body from forehead to waistline,
3.Faded white discoloration spots matching with skin are at various places where eruption had taken.

So,now, I may start to give her Ars.alb.Please give your kind suggestion.

Today only I could start the Arsenic album for the baby.
I gave her two drops of Ars.alb.30C in 5 ml. of clean water in the morning with the observation of all the precautions necessary.Also I noted down the current eruption areas on her skin.For this I am staying back one day out of my office work to see that all the restrictions are followed.

She has been given Arsenicum Album 30C, 2 drops mixed in one teaspoon full of clean water,3 times a day , for two days.
Now, under observation.
Other precautions are being followed.
