White creamy , gets accumulated only after the sex. And the cyst stays without any pain though

I just completed my period. The cyst remains soft and appears to be the same size. The secretions are clear with a faint smell (trash like). There is no pain or itching.

Noticed a lump 8 days ago. During this time it has gotten larger and painful. It has started draining today.

I took six doses yesterday.
I've taken three doses today.

The pain has subsided, only minimal pain now when touched. There is still a lump there, however.

There does not seem to be anymore drainage that I can tell. At first it was dark red almost a brown color, then a faint red because of the blood. Initially there was also a foul odor, but that is gone as well.
