1rst molar top left very painful
could someone help and suggest what remedy would help?worst biting
worst on sucking,
worst touching/pressing with tongue,
worst touching with cold finger.
feels like bursting. no pain if not eating/touching or sucking.
better when laying down.
tooth with filling (but no visible caries or illness)
do you need more infos?

in the tooth, which then means root
canal or having tooth pulled and I
don't know if homeomeds can reverse

pain? But it seems like that is
for pain only.
