Fever ,sore throat and fatigue

My 4 yrs old son is sick for the last 3 days .it's started as nasal congestion with no outside discharge but it was blocked inside with difficulty in breathing while sleeping . Next day he got hoarseness and slight cough and lillte fatigue . Yesterday he was eating and playing well ,then in the evening he did not eat anything and was tired ,his body was warm but rise of temp in the thermometer. Today he was tired ,no appetite , and same hoarseness in throat . In the after noon he got fever of 100f and cheeks were red and no appetite or thirst. I gave him 2 doses of belladonna ,he got little better , he slept for 2hrs and drank some juice . But after 2-3 hrs of belladonna m,he got rise of temp and vomited everything he had .he is very dull with sick looks . He is very tired and nauseated .please advise .thank you so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
alternate Belladonna 30 and Ipeca 30. This should do good for him.

No fruits, no yogurt, no milk, no cold water.
