Antisperm Antibodies

Im just looking to see if there is a remedy for antisperm antibodies. My husband had a vasectomy reversal 3 years ago and has high antisperm antibodies. His sperm counnt is 30 million and antibodies are attached to the tails. Before vasectomy he had a kid from previous marriage. Just wondering if we can do something else other than IVF like we have been told from doctors. Thank you!!!
