Anyone know anything re. 'closing' Arsenic?

I read (in a book by Dr. Kaneria, I think) that dosing with Ars. Alb. should never be left 'open', but closed with either Sulphur or Phos., whichever most suits the patient. (I wonder what if neither does - suit the patient.) Anyone have any information on this?

If the patient is well then dont mess with theoretical considerations.
If it aint broke dont fix it.

But if there are still problems then take the case afresh.
