Those symptoms are not enough to prescribe on. In clinic I spend 1-2 hours gathering enough symptoms to be sure of the prescription. 4 lines is nowhere near enough.
You might want to educate yourself on how homoeopathy works. Then you will be able to present the sort of information that can help us to help you.
Remedies are never prescribed on common, general symptoms. Bloating, constipation, overweight - these are common to every remedy we have. Nobody can choose a remedy using these symptoms.
Homoeopathic prescribing requires highly detailed symptoms, focusing on peculiar things that cannot be explained by the pathology you have. Symptoms which have 'colour' or 'personality' will lead us to a remedy quickly. Symptoms with no qualifiying characteristics are useless.
These are examples of useful homoeopathic symptoms.
Constipation worse for thinking about it
Constipation whenever the moon is full
Bloating from drinking water
Sensation as if something is alive in the abdomen
Stool odour so foul it seems to cling to the patient
If qualified homoeopaths suggested remedies on the basis of those 4 lines, then they are either lying about being qualified or they are very poorly trained.
