The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Is there a doctor that can help?

I have copied a questionaire from a different thread, and would really appreciate if a doctor can help me, please. I don´t know much about homeopathics, but I know I believe they can work wonders as Mother Nature has been equipped with all the healing remedies that we need.

I am sorry if it is long, but I wanted everything I could think of to be revealed.

Here goes:

Patient ID: Sex: Male Age: 37

1. Describe your main suffering?
HPV, Intra anal warts and a couple of spots on the shaft

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
HIV – recently started on meds with a CD4 at 900. Diagnosed September 2011 at a random checkup.
Hyperhidrosis with excessive sweating at scalp, face, chest and upper back
6 years ago, I had the autoimmune disease Vasculitis in a severe form. The hyperhidrosis started after that.
Milder psoriasis, but scattered in small “drops” all over my body, except my face.
Mild acne, mostly on buttocks and back.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Being diagnosed with HIV was a huge shock to me, and I felt like the rug was being pulled away from under my feet. I have always been so careful, and never in a million years did I think that HIV was a disease I should have to deal with. I am thankful though that I have not been diagnosed with an aggressive more fatal disease. My whole system has been in shock and alarm since, and psoriasis and HPV broke out after a long period of rest.
I feel very alone, even though I have shared it with my nearest friends and have a therapist to help me deal with my new situation. I feel so sad deep in my heart, and feel like I am such a loser. HIV is something retro from the 80´s and 90´s that no one should catch in the Western world today, unless they are acting irresponsible. We are so informed about this disease, so this should be easy to avoid. Nevertheless, I have to re-evaluate my opinion on that matter.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
I feel a great sorrow, and can´t believe that this has really happened to me. I feel like I will end up alone for the rest of my life, which really saddens me.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Psoriasis I have had on/off since 1997.
HPV with single wart on shaft I have had twice before, last time about 2 years ago. I have never had them intra anal before.
Vasculitis was in 2005/2006, and I was treated with cortisone. After I became well again, I started noticing a big change in my facial respiration which has only become worse. I have been treated twice with botox for this issue, as it is extremely frustrating and embarrassing to sweat that much – mainly from the face – in normal temperatures.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
With the sweating mostly at daytime. I never wake up soaked in sweat, unless it is really very warm.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
With the sweating it is any kind of movement, high temperatures, coming out of the shower etc that makes it worse. Cool air and standing still can ease it.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
I think the hyperhidrosis came from being treated with cortisone in a period of 6-9 months. I think it messed up my hormone for regulating my body temperature. I need to say though, that my grandmother also have this problem. However, she also has psoriasis and has always been treated with cortisone.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I don´t sweat in really cold and dry weather, but when others have on their big wintercoats, I can easily only wear a sweater. – I do feel the cold on my lower body and stomach though, but if I wear the big coat I will break out sweating.
These answers are very much about the hyperhidrosis, which has been a big problem for me the passed 5-6 years. The other symptoms/diseases are not easy to respond with these questions, nevertheless they are big issues.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am a very openminded, social and optimistic kind of guy. I always try deliberately to focus on the positive things in life, and have a personal mantra that life is like a game of poker. You might not like the cards you have been given too much, but you play the cards you have been dealt the best way you can. Life isn´t always the party we hoped for, but while we are here we should dance! In difficult times, I always tell myself these sentences over and over. I am mild, agreeable and easy to be around.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Before a thunderstorm I always feel excited. I have always been drawn to Mother Natures forces.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
No. I like to talk about the tough times, finding solutions. I cry when I am alone during tough times, and I also have cried a lot since I got my HIV diagnosis. That was just too much for me to handle on my own without professional help.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
No

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
I bite my fingernails. I have done that since I was a kid, and have tried many times to stop.
Sometimes I can cry eg. When watching a sad movie when I am alone.
When I am home alone, I can talk out loud. Eg. When preparing the speech to give when I tell my parents that I have become HIV positive. Also, when watching funny things on tv I can laugh out loud.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love my friends! I know they will always be there for me, and the other way around.
I also love my family, though they live quite far away and we have become a little distant over the years. I have no doubt though, that they will always support me. I never liked my mother to be too proud of me, and I sometimes wish that my father would have been there a little more for me taking active role in raising my sister and I. However, I have never doubted my parents love and support for me.
I am single, so no husband ;-)

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
My greatest fear is to be abandoned by my loved one. Not to be welcome in someones life that I care for.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
My cravings are sweets and French fries. I absolutely hate liver and heart.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
It varies. I drink a lot of water, maybe 2-3 litres a day. More on days where I work out, but I recon that is because I sweat more.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
A little to the excessive side. I gained a lot of weight when I quit smoking 4 years ago, like 20 kgs. I have lost 15 of them by now, but only because I tell myself not to eat as much as I really can.. I have started smoking again about 1 year ago.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
I have been told that I am intolerant to strawberries. I always thought they look delicious, but I would never buy them. I can eat them without getting any symptoms, but it is never a craving to me.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Excessive sweating from scalp, head, chest and upper back.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Mostly it is normal / a little thin. 1-3 times a day.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I don´t fall asleep easily, unless I am extremely tired. It usually takes about an hour to fall asleep. I like sleeping on the side with a pillow between my knees.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Pretty much, yes.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I don´t think I am so different from others. I might think a little more about things and worry a little more than the general.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Vasculitis: Cortisone and painkillers like tradolan and ibuprofene.
Acne: Roaccutan (After the cortisone)
Psoriasis: Daivobet
Hyperhidrosis: Shots of botox and ercoril as pills.
HPV: Thuja D6. Drinking it, and dapping it on the shaft, mucous area and a little inside the anus.
HIV: for 2 weeks now I have been taking: Epivir. Norvir, Viread and Prezsista without any side effects at all.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Diabetes II on my fathers side.
Psoriasis on my mothers side.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
I am 188 cm tall, weighs about 88 kg, bald. I have a pretty good appearance, trying to look after myself.

I would really appreciate if a good Doctor would be able to take a look at my case and help me out.
Thank you so much in advance,

Best regards,
Lars

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi lars,

do you have HPV or HIV?

hpv is the human papilloma virus-
you interchange these two
in your post- you should edit your post
so all these match.

simone717 last decade
Hi Simone,

No, I don´t interchange the two. I have both. I caught HPV years ago, and was diagnosed with HIV 5 months ago. After I was diagnosed with HIV, both the psoriasis and the HPV has come to outbreak.

Best regards,
Lars

Is that Mercurius Sol 200c or 200x?

What is the aim for this product in my case?

Lars1974 last decade
Can I ask you, Kadwa, are you a doctor in homeopathy?

I am new to this forum and to homeopathy, and I see the threads can get very confusing as many people give different advices.

I think that you are, when I look upon all the stuff I can find about you on this site, I would just like to be sure.

Best regards,
Lars

And by the way, I also take vitamin a,b, c, d, e, L-Lysine, garlic, saviforce and multi vitamine to boost my immune system. Should I stop that or continue?

Lars1974 last decade
Am not a homeopathic doctor. You may continue with all other supplements.

Kadwa:

Another guy has advised me to use Nitricum Acidum 200, 6 pills twice a day for 15 days to get rid of the warts.
Right now they have first priority, because I just want them GONE!! ;-)

What is the thought behind Mercurius Sol 200?

Best regards

Hej Dr. P. Fjellape ;-)

Det må du da hjertens gerne!! ;-))

God tur til New York.:)

Hi there,

I realise this thread was started quite a long time ago, but I found your posts whilst searching for a remedy for my mother who also has vasculitis and suffers from similar conditions. Could I ask if you found any of the treatments to be successful?

Many thanks for your response,
Diana
