This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. Please give the deatils of your illness. How many times you go to clear bowels..? Is there any blood..? Is there any mucus..?
2. Is there any constipation and loose motions alternating..?
3. What is the time of aggrevation i.e. morning or evening etx
4. Do you have any mental tensions. Because this illness is related with mental tensions and stress.
With these details we can decide the medicines.

Dear Dr.

Bowel movement is 4-5 times a day. There is no blood OR mucus but it happens with severe spasm. Before and after clearing bowel the pain and spasm get aggravated. It gets aggravated during Morning. I don't not have any reason but I feel stress most of the time.

Dear Doctor,

Sorry for delay in writing back. In fact I was waiting for 15 days of medication (all suggested by you except the ayurvedic one). Now patient is feeling little relieved. But following problems are persisting:

1. Bowel movement is 3-4 times a day and it is same after medication.

2. Pain has been reduced and also spasm, but if patient is not getting enough sleep (as she has to look for 19 months very active baby) the pain reoccur.

3. We found a trend between sleeping hours and spasm. Full sleep gives no spasm.

4.In-spite of my several search I am unable to find Bel Muramba.

Regards

2. Where do you stay...? Because in India you get this Bel Jam everywhere.
3. If possible drink water of

Dear Doctor,

Yes finally I found the Bel Muramba. Actually the problem was with the name, coz none of the medicine shop I visited had product exactly as 'Bel Muramba'.Anyway now as per you prescription the patient is taking followings:

1.Merc Cor-200 2 drops 2 times
2.Collocynth-30 6 pills 2 times
3. Bel Muramba one spoon after lunch and dinner.

After 7 days of medication the spasm is still thr. But I do hope it will improve in coming days.

Bowel movement is 4-5 times per day. Due to loss of appetite and frequent bowel movement; patient is loosing weight(48 kg now, she should be 51-53).

Regds.

Dear Doctor,

The spasm and pain is increasing after taking Collocynth. Is thr. any specific reason for it? Patient is getting depressed with the scenario, pls. help.

Increasing spasms is not due to Collocynth. But sometimes patient becomes skeptical about specific medicines. That causes a mental block. Any way, instead of Collocynth you can take Mag Phos-12x 2 pallets after every 3 hours and give me feedback after 3-4 days.

It is quite common for homoeopathic medicines to increase the symptoms. In fact it would be considered a good sign, as long as it is followed by improvement. The remedy should always be stopped when this happens. This is known as the homoeopathic aggravation.

However, aggravation is not always a sign of the correct remedy. Any remedy, right or wrong, may produce various side effects if repeated too often; if dry doses are used instead of dissolving the doses in water; if there are significant tissue changes in the body; and if the patient is just oversensitive to homoeopathy.

Please check whether there is any dietic error when the spasms have increased.
Please check whether patient has taken milk or dairy products or bakery products. They certainly aggrevates IBS/IBD problems. Pl avoid them totally.
Inform me accordingly.
