scalp fungi infection

I am a 26 year old male.from past 8 months I am having a type of infection on scalp specifically on crown area.It is itchy painful, bleeding and accompanied by dandruff and scale and hairloss( due to hair pulling). The infected area bleeds sometimes as I scratch it and peel off the hair and scale from affected area.Allopathic doctor diagnosed it as fungal infection and gave me this ointment.tenovate - M(clobetasol propionate and Miconazole nitrate skin cream).But it did not help me much apart from reliveing the itch temproarily.Please help

Take Phytolacca Decandra 30 three times a day. If it works on you, you will see results in a day.

Also

Soak the bark of Walnut tree which is easily available in Asia. Drink that liquid. Or you can buy Juglan Regia mother tincture but soaking the bark is more effective.
