Clarifications regarding remedies and tryptomer

Hello all, this is my first post on these forums. I will attempt to explain what I am going through and what queries I have. I am 19 years old.
I currently have a form off on-and-off diarrhea(happens some days, doesn't some days) which is extremely annoying. It gets constipative sometimes. It seems that my stomach never clears in the morning on one go, leading to more bowel movements. In addition to that, my stomach produces excess gas throughout the day. Also, I have an irritable bladder with excess urination frequency (no pain, no UTIs, nothing else, just frequent urination).
I went to Dr.Kalyan Banerjee (New Delhi) as I have tried allopathy for two years or so without fruition. His clinic prescribed me two remedies whose names I cannot make out on the sheet; hence I am uploading a scanned image for you to judge the handwriting. I take these remedies alternatively 3 hours apart.
Now I talked to my doctor about Tryptomer(10mg) which I had left because I thought it was constipating me and slowing down my urination instead of curing the problem; he asked me to further continue it for a month (he is an excellent doctor and I usually trust his judgement). Now I am in a quandary...is it okay to have Tryptomer alongwith the remedies? Also, I forgot to tell Dr.Banerjee about my excess gas problem; I fear the remedies will not take care of that. He is visited by hundreds of people daily and I had only about two-three minutes to discuss my problems.
Note : 'The doctor' and 'Dr. Kalyan Banerjee' are not the same.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

It is difficult to read what is written in the prescription.

If you are not getting relief, please take Nux Vomica 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please stop all other remedies if you decide to take Nux.
