This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dr Foubister in his book "Tutorials on homeopathy", writes of osteoarthritis
" This treatmet consists of giving Hecla Larva 6c in alternation with Manganum 6c,
12, 24 or 48 hrs apart-- depending on severity of symptoms , for about a month. "

Dr J.H. Clarkr in his book on "Diseases of Glands and Bones "
Suggests Phos 1m at least 2 wks apart.

Personally I'd go with the Hecla at first.
