question about the following combination and asthma

combination? were they all prescribed
by a homeopath individually?

Hi if you look up all those remedies
on the ABC store I am sure you will
find they all have something to do
with breathing, sneezing and so on.
I know Allium Cepa does.

so the question is - did your
homeopath try to treat your condition
before you got this combo remedy
with any other homeo medicine??

If he did I guess he failed bc you
would not have bought this. Is he
a classical homeopath or is he
a naturopath/homeopath? bc I assume
he 'muscle tested' you for this,
which is not normal homeopathic
procedure.

It is great that it has relieved you,
however perhaps just one of those
remedies is enough to totally cure
you if prescribed in the right dosage.
or you need another constitutional
remedy-bc it sounds like you
have to keep taking this 'formula'
everyday which can lead to trouble
bc one of those remedies can start
to 'prove' itself and then you won't
know what is going on.

do not go out and get a higher potency
of this stuff. Look at how other people
post their case on here- the questions
and post your case. and put in what you
are taking. You will get some good
opinions of what to do and what potency
to take of what- bc what you want
is a total cure here.

The wrong potency can totally
backfire on you- so please post
your case and get some correct
advice on the remedies and dosing of
the remedies.

The Urtica under nose- has itching
and swelling- so it would'erase'
itching and swelling allergic reactions-
you just click on the ABC store
and read the nose chest etc parts
and you see they all have something
to do with this. However they
are not to be taken for months on end
bc the way it works is one of them-
or another one will totally STOP
all the symptoms and that is
where the homeopath finds out
what one, and what dose to do it in-
SAFELY. You don't have enough

You are not being treated in a homoeopathic fashion. Whoever you are getting this advice from is breaking many of the most basic guidelines for prescribing.

Homoeopaths do not use combinations. People who pretend to be homoeopaths do.

Homoeopaths do not 'test' patients, they interview them and use their own knowledge of materia medica to prescribe a single remedy. There is no 'test' to work out your remedy, there is only hard work and skill.

Homoeopaths do not prescribe a medicine 9 times in a day. This breaks the Law of the Minimum Dose, and in fact is a very dangerous practice. Overdosing in this way is very likely to palliate or suppress your condition. A properly prescribed medicine improves or cures your problem with only a few doses, and does not need daily repetition.

Palliation requires you to continually take the medicine, and when you stop the condition again worsens. This is the opposite effect from a homoeopathically prescribed medicine, which initially worsens the condition then improves it, with the improvement remaining without repeated dosing.

Suppression often occurs when palliation has gone on for awhile. The patient will develop new symptoms, a new disease, very often worse than the original one. Suppression can make a patient much worse, and even kill them.

We have a number of guidelines that help us to determine if a remedy is curing the patient or just palliating/suppressing the disease. Primarily we look at the Direction of Cure (the way in which the symptoms move around after the remedy, which improves and which worsens). Understanding the hierarchy of the body/mind helps with this, as does a detailed history of the patient (since symptoms can reappear from the past, or disappear in reverse order of how they appeared).

If by some remarkable chance you have stumbled on your constitutional remedy in that mixture, then it may produce genuine improvement. However this means the other 3 are wrong for you, and in time they will produce side effects. Since you don't know which remedy is helping you, there is no way to move up in potency to continue the cure. You cannot simply keep taking higher and higher doses of incorrect remedies without putting your health at risk.

It would be better for you to get each remedy individually and try them one at a time. This approach will allow you to work out a long term treatment plan. You should also be taking single doses only, with assessment taking place roughly a week after the dose. Repetition should only happen when the symptoms relapse.
