1) What food you(patient) like and dislike?
2) Do you prefer hot temperatures or cold?
3) Any extremely upsetting episode from your past which is still haunting you ?
4) Do you maintain seizure diary at your end, that hold date-time-frequency-duration-specific symptoms?
5) An incident when the patient has fallen backwards, so you mean to say seizures do occur irrespective when patients starts to sleep? or else maximum seizures occur at the start of sleeping and in very rare cases in other part of the day? Explain.
6) Is there any history of Epilepsy running in the patients family (Hereditary factors are not always a direct cause of epilepsy but may influence the disease indirectly. Genes can affect the way people process drugs or can cause areas of malformed neurons in the brain.)?
7) Patient was diagonised in AIIMS, the test were normal (as mentioned by you), did the doctors used the term Pseudoseizures during the discussion? Explain.
8) Does the AIIMS diagnosis Doctors used one of the following terms in the evaluation report: idiopathic, cryptogenic, symptomatic, generalized, focal, or partial -> Epilepsy?

>> One question for Patients parents, was there any fatal accident or fall or fever during childhood with regards to patient!!!

A small explaination will be appreciated (instead yes/no), this will give a clear picture on direction to move ahead.

Please Update.
