Stellaria media - anti dote
there is no anti dote mentioned for Stellaria media in Boericke.Do anyone knows the what is anti dote.
Stel is suggested to be used as 2x potency internally and tincture to be used as externally.
what if someone takes the tincture internally.

Antidoting is done on the basis of the symptoms the patient shows. You would only need to antidote if the person has overreacted to the remedy or has developed a range of new symptoms. Those symptoms form the basis for a new prescription.
Mechanical prescribing of remedies also goes against the principles of homoeopathy (just as combination remedies for specific diseases does).

the suggestion is requested for the case where the patient has taken the tincture orally diluted 2 drops in a liter bottle.
the rheumatic pain in increase specially in the lower back and some uneasiness specifacally stomach ache.

the person was not suffering from the lower back pain.
the main problem was the knee synovitis (chronic - 10 years ) and elbow pain ( 3 years) with the initiation of the psoriatic featurs (patches on the leg and ankle).
although the aggravation was not too strong (due to ignorance patient didnt differentiated between the tincture and 2x potency and took the medicine).
its almost 2 weeks medicine is stopped but back pain is persistant , not continous throughout the day. most felt during the sleep making it difficult to change sleeping position.
is it advisable to initiate the remedy again now

If it is still ocurring 2 weeks later it is not likely to be a proving. The remedy has most likely stimulated a new part of the patient's disease. The whole case needs to be retaken, and new symptoms added to the old ones to find the correct remedy.
You should not be using such low potencies. They are dangerous, and will very frequently produce side effects. You should be using the centesimal potency scale for the higher level of safety for the patient, or the 50 millesimal scale for the greatest level. Using low decimal potencies is asking for trouble, and you will find it difficult to control what happens.

i agree with you, the wrong treatment might result in the side effect.
anyway am not homeopath nor did suggested the remedy. i had interest in the alternate therapies and read about various therapies and theier success stories.
this case i mentioned is i came to know with discussion.
however i learnt from wiki that stellaria media is consumed directly at many places, i wish to know if any plant is directly consumed by some people , how a it can have adverse affect when used as homeopathic medicine.

currently in allopathy, for the RA and Psoriatic arthritis, biological treatment is recommended. but its very costly and much beyond the reach of common people in india.

-- male currently aged 35
-- 11 year old synovitis , started with right knee , but now prominent in left knee. thick and persistent synovium , re-appeared after knee surgery (2 surgeries)

- neck getting stiff ((1 year)
- slight deformation in the leg fingers
- tendency to easily affected by fungal infection and some seeing patches on the lower part of leg which are suggestive of psoriasis
- suffered from skin pox (15 years), jaundice (11 years back) and typhoid (8 years back)
- not much affect on pain in change of environment, depressed, intelligent but lacks people interaction and introvert
- likes equally sweet and spicies (chat/samosa)
- indifferent nature , excite easily
- careless but take job responsiblity too serioulsly
- unstructured thoughts.
- dual personality - sometime quite outspoken and confident and sometimes completely introvert
- keeps things to himself and dont share
- loose interest in any activity very fast (even if the things is very critical to his own benefit)
lot of homeopathy medicines as well as allopathic medicines but no help.
in homeopathy has been given medicines like lucopodium, pulstila, ledum, sticta but none was useful.
Is Stelleria media will be helpful in this case.

I cannot make a suggestion on a remedy. That amount of information is too small, and it is second hand. I need to hear the words of the patient to be able to make a prescription with confidence, or see a well taken case.

I already answered that question. The new symptoms and the old ones together form the basis for a new prescription. This is the standard procedure for antidoting as outlined in our Organon of Medicine.
Just retake the case, as Hahnemann instructed us to do. The Law of Similars is the only sucessful way to use homoeopathy, so find the similar remedy. You cannot rely on antidotes mentioned in our literature - those are only suggestions, not guarantees.
I have spent 20 years practicing homoeopathy, and this is how antidoting is meant to be done.
