Sleep Apnea + Loud Snoring

Hi, I am Alok, 25 years old male. I had the problem of snoring since a long time. However snoring increased so much that I had to go to the pulmonologist. So he suggested me to go for Sleep Study Which I did on 14th. Next day my report showed some serious respiratory problem,Oxygen level dropped to 72% while sleeping and doctor said this is very serious and could lead to death also. According to him the muscles in my throat have swollen and obstructing the air flow. So he referred me to ENT specialist to confirm whether I am eligible for operation otherwise I have to to use CPAP machine :( . Now I neither want to do operation nor want to use CPAP machine for my entire life :(. So I am here to ask you homeopaths whether Homeopathy can cure my problem and will it be permanent solution.( Fingers Crossed)

Please take three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

If there is no good relief within 7 days, you should take three doses of Phosphorus 200 in the same way and see how that affects in next 7 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hello Dr. Kadwa, After taking the dose of Calcarea Carb 200 there is definitely some improvement in snoring problem. It is reduced by about 30% and my uvula also seems to be back to the normal position. Please suggest me further treatment . Thank you very much for your help.

alok11486 last decade
Please don't take any remedy if there is no relapse in your symptoms. You may continue to improve under the influence of earlier doses. You should repeat the remedy as earlier if there is a significant relapse in your symptoms.

Actually I caught cold with soar throat after 3 days of taking medicine. Even now I am having cough. But I ignored it as everybody in my family caught cold because of bad weather in my place. So should I continue with same medicine?

Surgeons always want to do --- surgery. No surprise there.

Have you googled how to adjust your head when sleeping-to help this?

Have you tried anything else like nose strips etc?

simone717 last decade
Hi Simone, Execpt nose strips and other such devices I 've tried everything but no use.

alok11486 last decade
Ok- so you have not tried nose strips-? try them out.

I had the snoring problem also but it had to do with
how I lay on the pillow. If my head is elevated right
and I sleep on my back in a decent position- it does
not happen.
