Hepar sulph vs. Silicea for gum abcess...advice please!

I had a tooth extracted that had abcess at the roots. It was healing fine, and then after a week or so a *hard* boney feeling lump came up very suddenly on the bone under the extraction site. It doesn't hurt unles I really push on it. I figured on calcarea fluorica for hard swelling in jaw after a tooth extraction.

Then (11 days post op) a soft, squishy bubble-shaped swelling came up in the extraction site itself. The edges are red, the center white, and it feels sort of like a boil. Again, there isn't any major pain, but there is soreness and tenderness if pressed with my finger. I had taken a few doses of merc-s (unhelpful), then hepar sulphur to antidote it, then silicea 30c. The bubble came up after taking silicea (also taking calc-f cell salt 6x), so I've been sticking with that.

I don't really want to switch remedies, because it's really common for tooth splinters or debris to need to be be expelled after an extraction. I'm just not sure if Hepar sulphur would be a better choice to help expel any pus or infection. I'm not chilly, but the extraction site feels better for warmth. I guess my main problem is discerning between hepar and silicea signs since they are so similar.

Also, I'm not sure about taking the silicea and the calc-f together. I know it's not standard practice to take more than one remedy at once, although a homeopath I used in the past said that cell salts don't have an effect on regular remedies. I'm also not sure if a higher potency of calc-f would be more beneficial for the boney lump once I get the abcess resolved.

One more thing...I only have silicea in a 30c, but I can easily get any of the remedies in a 200c if they would work better.

Any recs as far as what remedy, what potency, and how often would be appreciated.

Thanks for reading and responding. :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
One of the greay points of Hep Sul is that it absorbs problems and they exit via the lymph system.
Silica on the other had throws thins out at the surface , expels them.
Yes I think I would stop the Calc fl.
