help me i have small body frame size

i m arslan from pakistan,age 29 my hight is 5 feet 9inch bt my bidy frame size is quite small thats y i look very skinny and weak,my hand size very small.can any frnd here help me how i can i increase bone size and iprove my body frame size.thanks
