Chronic gastritis & anxiety disorder

ASKING FOR REMEDY FROM experienced Homeopath (need not necessarily be a licensed physician)

Patient ID: debayan.gpt
Sex: Male
Age: 24 yrs

1. Describe your main suffering?

Lack stamina, feel exhausted (both physically & mentally), over-heated and irritated even with minimum physical effort. Always feel irritably heated from inside (but unlike fever) and bloated, without any visible reason, leading to perspiration on body even in winter or ac room. Perspire in few minutes after bath.

I have no such markable liver problem now but suffering from nervous stomach, excessive thirst, belching, nausea, hyperacidity, indigestion, excessive perspiration, frequent urination, constipation, bloating, panic attack and foul eructations.

Oversensitivity towards smell, sun, heat accompanied with nausea which gets worst in summer.

Therefore, an aversion from work, arguments, chaos, crowd and I am fretful since last few months.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

Profuse sweating leading to offensive odor and discomfort. Backache and feel pressure on head in worst situations.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

Losing concentration in work, indecisiveness (most often), poor self esteem (due to such chronic suffering), procrastination, impatience, irritability, nervousness. Anxious in crowd or between public , aversion from company, lacks self confidence. Anxious with health since last few months.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?

Bloated, anxious, feel pressure in head, lose attention immediately, become almost indecisive and feel like nervous breakdown.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

It had started visibly since 26th Aug 2010 with acute symptoms of Dyspepsia, nausea & upper-abdominal discomfort. No major ailment was there before that ever in life.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
In morning and afternoon.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

The things which aggravate: Empty stomach. Heat, appointments to meet new people, social gathering, closed spaces, between crowds (in bus) or waiting in a long queue for hours. Any strong smell especially those of insecticides, deodorant, perfumes.
The things which ameliorate: Relaxation or when alone or filling up stomach with digestive foods but bcoz I need to remain all the time busy I dont get enough of that, so bit frustrated nowadays.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

I really do not know but what I have felt is that something might be related to indigestion or stomach ailments which get worst with change of place, change of time during a day (like morning or afternoon), water. Hyperacidity, bloating, indigestion may be the biological reasons leading to such physical and mental discomfort.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

Warm but Dry weather.

Nervous, Easily Offended, Irritated (not irritating), Exhausted, Lazy (at times), Arrogant, Moody.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

Nothing. rather I enjoy it.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

Yes, especially from the closest ones.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

Yes, hypersensitive towards smell. But tend to avoid TV, light, violation, news channel or loud music when stressed.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?

Due to such chronic suffering it has become a habit to become automatically over alert & observant of own physical symptoms & reactions in a stressful environment (which could be easily tolerated by most others) instead of being able to look at the situation the way it is actually, and thereby, immediately lose attention. Have habit of looking for solutions of problems, every now and then, leading to obsessive cerebral works but situation gets worse with confusion.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I love them.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

Fear of height, prior apprehensions of physical symptoms in a stressful situation(that has catered in mind due to bad past experiences) , losing nervous control in public and of being offended for not being able to endure the stress. Dream of any emabarrassing situation (sometimes) that I had faced earlier before.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

Craving for sweets, desserts. Aversion from sour (especially pickles or lemon).

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

Yes.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?

No, not different from others at all. Have the ability to work sincerely but nervous stomach, bloating, low energy, low confidence and related nervous disorder are keeping me behind and making me unable to stand upright in competition with required physical endurance, stamina and confidence.

Hi 100%height,
Your medication is very relevant to my symptoms.

Need to know when to take these two? I mean to say should I take nixocid before or after meal? How much gap is needed between two medicines?

Waiting for your reply :).

I see you have decided to take the non-homoeopathic option for treatment.

Let me know if and when you wish to pursue homoeopathy again. I check the forum regularly.

Dr David,
I HAD decided to take the non-homeopathic treatment but every time the side effects of the allopathic drugs made the symptoms more worse.

I have already decided to take homeopathy as the reliable option, otherwise I would have not been here. If you have better advice then plz suggest.

The medication offered by 100%height also sounds good and I will continue with it for 15 days. Lets see what happens. Then I will come back to this forum after 15 days.

Thank you

That is not a homoeopathic option. I cannot ascertain one way or the other its efficiacy.

Homoeopathy has certain guidelines, once you step outside of them you are not practicing it anymore. Combination remedies or multiple remdies used as once, medicines given for the name of the condition rather than for the individual's unique presentation of it - those kinds of treatments take it outside homoeopathy and more back into the realm of allopathy(orthodox medicine).

Homoeopathy is a philosophy of treatment, it is not a product. This is much like being a vegan for example. You cannot just go out and eat a vegan product and assume you are now doing something good for your health. One has to follow the philosophy to get the benefit.

If you use our medicines much the same way orthodox medicine uses theirs, you will get the same results. It is not our medicines that make us different from them, it is the whole approach to health we have.

Single remedy. Minimum dose. Individualization of the disease. Holistic (whole person) treatment. Following nature's law of cure. These are the cornerstones of homoeopathic treatment.

You can try this other kind of treatment, it might help you, I cannot judge what it will do. But it is not homoeopathy.

I have used other kinds of treatments before, although I prefer those that do not attempt to copy orthodox medicine in any way. Homoeopathy is not the only way to heal. You have a right to try anything you feel might help you.

Dr David,

I am a patient who wants recovery. I am ready to surrender myself to the philosophy of homeopathy with required patience. I understand holistic approach that's why I have given all the details. So, if you are an expert & experienced, then go directly to the point and suggest that appropriate remedy (I have given all my details and if it is enough to understand my whole personality and constitution, then plz suggest that single remedy which is suitable for me). That's all.

Unfortunately you have used an intake form which is quite flawed and will artificially distort the information you give. This is not your fault as these things float around on this site unchallenged except by me.

I will post my intake form. The way I ask you to present the information is quite different and necessary for me to make a confident choice of medicine.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GIVING YOUR CASE

Go through each problem one at a time giving a full description of what happens, what pains and sensations you get, what makes it worse and what makes it better, the history of the complaint including when it started and what was happening around that time.

Write a separate section for each problem. Cover even the smallest problems you have.

If any of your symptoms occur together, or immediately before or after one another this is important to note as well.

Do not give single word or short sentence descriptions. The more information you give the better I will be able to help.

Do not read up on the remedies and discuss them. Do not attempt to use the Remedy Finder program on this site. Try to keep yourself apart from all the information about remedies on the internet. Such research on your part actually makes it harder to find the right remedy for you not easier.

Whenever you describe a sensation or pain, try to help me to imagine having that same pain. For example, what would have to happen to me to recreate that symptom?

Allow yourself to diverge if you wish. If discussing the problem brings up any emotional or mental issues, then discuss them.

Do not edit your report, except for spelling mistakes. It is important that even if you use the wrong word, you write that. You can correct yourself in the next sentence.

If you have not done this by the time you have covered your problems, discuss the problems you have generally had in your life. What have been the big traumas, the big issues for you? Where have you felt unable to change, where do you get stuck repeating the same behaviours?

Also discuss the issues you might have had in childhood. Talk about your family, your upbringing, your parents. What kind of child were you? What did you fear, what did you aspire to, what do you remember the most?

Lastly talk about the way in which you handle or cope with your problems. What are the patterns that reoccur in your life? How do you find yourself managing your problems, even if it is not successful? To what degree do your problems affect you? How do you think everything will work out in the end for you?

There will almost certainly be more questions from me after this to clarify and to explore further.
General health questions:

1. What foods and drinks do you crave? A craving is not just liking something but a very strong desire that you must fulfill very often.

2. What foods and drinks do you hate?

3. What kinds of weather and temperature are you sensitive to?

4. Is there anything else in the environment you seem more affected by than other people?

5. What times of the day do you feel at your best and your worst?

6. What problems do you have with sleep?

7. What kind of dreams do you have? If you have a reoccurring dream or pattern in your dreams, please describe them.

8. What is your physical energy like? Are particular activities difficult for you?

9. What kinds of medical treatment have you had in the past? Have there been any bad reactions to medicines, including vaccines?

Dear Dr. David Kempson,
I just want to recover. That's all what I want. I understood my fault. Plz help me. This is my details according to your format of intake. If you need any more details I will readily provide.

1.What foods and drinks do you crave? A craving is not just liking something but a very strong desire that you must fulfill very often.

Sweet meats.

2. What foods and drinks do you hate?

Fast food, pasta, caffeine, alcohol, Sour foods (pickles), lemon because they cause excessive gas and acidity for me.

3. What kinds of weather and temperature are you sensitive to?

Weather: Both Damp and humid

Temperature: Extreme cold (like in hill stations) and desert (because every time I go to Rajasthan in India, especially after visiting Thar I become ill). Illness with nausea and numbness in head.

4. Is there anything else in the environment you seem more affected by than other people?

Yes, strong or odd smelling objects and closed spaces where I feel stuck. Actually I feel very disturbed and anxious when I could not breathe properly, and that psychological feeling of physical discomfort aggravates the symptoms.

5. What times of the day do you feel at your best and your worst?

I feel at my best: 1-4pm, 8-10pm
I feel at my worst: Morning , afternoon (usually after 4pm)

6. What problems do you have with sleep?

I dream a lot and remain very disturbed while sleeping and wake up unrefreshed.

7. What kind of dreams do you have? If you have a reoccurring dream or pattern in your dreams, please describe them.

I frequently dream that I am trying and work very hard, getting exhausted with little efforts but making many trials and errors, not getting what I want, wishing to fulfill many commitments (but what are those commitments I can not figure them out most often in my dreams), I have many people around me (most often the faces are known) with whom I am enjoying, sometimes they become very blunt and indifferent towards me (but in reality they are not like that) , I am unsatisfied with their casual approach and thereby getting readily absorbed in myself to work my own way, but ultimately the outcome of my effort is very average not that what I wished for or very unsatisfying to me and wake up unrefreshed.

Rarely, I dream that I could fly, could feel the lightness of flight, taking several attempts but not being able to fly, ultimately getting frustrated. This particular dream I could remember because after I wake up I could feel the dream had left an impact of slight numbness in my head and sluggishness to stomach.

Earlier often I used to dream that I have went to an examination hall with the preparation of a wrong subject leading me to panic in the end & curse myself for not looking the exam routine properly, and ultimately losing the easy opportunity because of my stupid inattentiveness.

Sometimes, I see in my dreams that many of my school mates, college mates and I all are studying together in an institution where there is perfect discipline but I unintentionally fail to abide by the disciplines, like being frequently late to enter the classroom, or failing to submit assignments in time (but in real life I always hurry in fear of getting late) and I am gradually getting scared of becoming unsuccessful and become very unhappy with all these.

Recently, I am seeing in my dreams that others are winning easy struggles (I could not remember those exactly) but I am unable to do that for my physical unfitness or mental inhibition of my sickness, people who do not know me properly are requesting me to take part but I am ignoring them quite adamantly and being utterly humiliated by my close ones for that.

8. What is your physical energy like? Are particular activities difficult for you?

Nowadays low physical energy. Yes, aerobic exercises make me very exhausted and keep me uncomfortable for the rest of the day. This is why I avoid these in the morning. But it was not the case two years back.

9. What kinds of medical treatment have you had in the past? Have there been any bad reactions to medicines, including vaccines?

Detail medication since Aug 2010 is as follows:

22nd Aug 2010:
Last dosage for Hepatitis- B vaccination. And ironically all ailments started after this date onwards. Everything seems to have gone wrong after this date.

After two or three days after the vaccination, there was severe upper abdominal discomfort, palpitation and profuse fishy & bitter smelling perspiration especially on the back along with nausea. No acidity. I never had this kind of odd smelling perspiration in life before, rather I used to remain fresh all day.

30th Aug 2010:
I went to a General Physician with the above said symptoms.
I was diagnosed to have acute dyspepsia and nausea .[BP was 130/80]
The medication given by him were Rabekind DSR ( 1 cap in empty stomach in the morning for 20 days) and Pancreoflat (1 tablet after lunch and dinner for 5 days) with normal diet.

With this medication the dyspepsia and fishy smell from the perspiration faded off temporarily, I was feeling absolutely fit & fine as before and was doing very well. But all had started to return nearly after 40 days, gradually pushing me again to a zone of unusual physical & mental discomfort with similar previous symptoms, as if everything came back. Previously it was only physical but this time it affected my mental well being too. I became nervous of my physical symptoms and could not stay outside for long period and I was instinctively forced to avoid street pollutions and crowd as I was not being able to tolerate them anymore.

I again went to see the previous doctor on 23rd Oct 2010. He referred my case to a neurologist.

25th Oct 2010:
I went to the neurologist and he diagnosed me with multiple somatic disorder.
He prescribed-
Inderal 10mg ( to be taken at 8am and 4pm daily for 4 weeks) and
Lonazep MD .25mg [Clonazepam] (to be taken ½ tablet after meals for 10 days and ½ tablet after dinner for next 10 days and then to stop)

After medication: No improvement of physical symptoms (i.e., uncontrollable sour and offensive smell in perspiration, clammy sweat even in winter, dyspepsia, nausea) . The perspiration was then almost unpredictable and embarrassing. Poor appetite, upset stomach, bloating, excessive thirst and increased anxiety on street. On street or while travelling I did not use to feel fit rather I used to feel unusually bloated with excessive gas, but could not pass between the crowd; embarrassed, restless and used to have nausea; the discomfort, absent mindedness, restlessness, inattentiveness were distinctly reflected on my face and body language (as were noticed and said by my friends too). Then I became more anxious about it and tried to resist or mask the symptoms, which made things more worse for me (as I started to use deo sprays to at least become street smart, to prevent at least the offensive body odor for few hours, so that I can work between crowds, though I knew that was not the right approach).
Gradually I was getting more mentally stressed and physically exhausted quite easily in winter with offensive perspiration, weakness and lethargy.

30th Novemeber 2010:
Went to the previous GP again with these symptoms. He diagnosed me with Hypersensitivity and Hyperhidrosis. [BP was 130/80]
He prescribed Livolycin (to be taken in empty stomach in the morning with water for 1 month) , Flucose medicated powder (for body)

After medication: Developed bloating (but this time with frequent belching and headache), constipation (at least 3 days a week) and became insomniac.

7th January 2011:
Went to the same GP with the symptoms of bloating, pain in the right side of the abdomen and insomnia. He diagnosed me with constipation & flatulence and prescribed Lactofiber for 3 days.

After medication: No improvement of the underlying disease.

I went to him again on 11th January 2011 (as I was said to report after 3 days) and he referred me to a Gastroenterologist.

15th January 2011:
I went to the Gastroenterologist. He asked me to do these tests- USG, LFT, TSH, Haemogram, HBsAg, HCV antigen, Anti Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, Serum Amylase.

USG report- Normal
LFT Report-
a)Total Protein- 7.2 gm/dl
b)Albumin- 5.0 gm/dl
c)Globulin- 2.2 mg/dl
d)Albumin/Globulin Ratio- 2.3 : 1.0
e)Total Bil- 2.2 mg/dl
f)Direct Bilirubin- 0.5mg/dl
g)Indirect Bilirubin- 1.7mg/dl
h)SGPT- 53 U/L
i)SGOT- 39U/L
j)Alkaline Phospahatase- 207.0 U/L

TSH (3rd Gen)- 3.53 mIU/ml

HAEMATOLOGY-
a) Haemoglobin- 14.6 gm/dl
b) TC- WBC: 7200 /cu mm, RBC: 4.8 m/cu mm
d) DC- Neutrophills: 52 %, Lymphocyte: 40%, Monocyte: 4%, Eosinophill: 4%, Basophill: 00%

HBsAg: Non reactive

HCV (4th Gen): Non reactive

Anti Hepatitis B Surface Antigen- >2000.00 mIU/ml

Serum Amylase- 117.00 U/L [Ref Range Adults: 28-100 U/L]

After seeing all the reports he prescribed - Duphalac, Gaspaz DSR, Udiliv, Winofit, Colospa each to be taken per day for consecutive 3 weeks.

After medication the problems I faced for next 6 months gradually: Headache and backache, nervous stomach, street nervousness, depression, mood change came more to the surface. From June- July onwards I again started to have bloating, irritability, lethargy, frequent thirst & frequent urination.

11th Aug 2011:
I went to a new General Physician with physical complaints of low energy, lethargy, mild headache, nausea, all-time-irritability, skin itching, depression, street anxiety, frequent urination & indigestion complaints. [Blood Sugar (Fasting): 93 mg/dl ]

The medications he prescribed : Pantocid DSR, CHANGE (Antibiotic), Drotin A for 5 days and advised me to revert back to him after 5 days for the next step of treatment to start.
After 5 days I was advised to take Placida and BOSS for 1 month and Tryptomer 10mg for first 10 days & then to stop. He advised me to see him after 1 month.

After medication: Nausea was not there, bloating became occasional, headache gone. street anxiety was still there, hyperacidity developed, indigestion did not resolve. Street anxiety became such a habit like it was involuntary.

17th Sep 2011: After 1 month I went to see the GP. He prescribed Placida, Tryptomer 10mg, Totalzyme for another 1 month.

After medication till date: Appetite increased but indigestion was not improved, sleeping improved, depression was not there like before. But anxiety, indigestion, nervous stomach, apprehensions of worst situations or embarrassments in public, low confidence in taking any food due to such chronic indigestion and hyperacidity has made me physically weak, mentally paralysed, denial of stamina, abdominal cramps, difficulty in passing stool due to lack of fibre intake (aversion from high fibre foods because of causing gas and bloating). All these symptoms have made my life miserable.

10. What have been the big traumas, the big issues for you? Where have you felt unable to change, where do you get stuck repeating the same behaviours?

Trauma: Several incidents of embarrassmnet in my workplace due to stomach restlessness, accompanied with bloated abdominal discomfort and profuse offensive perspiration even in ac room. Indigestion, hyperacidity, frequent foul and sour eructation, bloating, constipation, clammy sweat and sour body odor has been the big issue for me.
I am unable to change clamminess of my sweat, sour body odor (that makes me embarrassed between the crowds & friends), hyperacidity, indigestion and gas. I am unable to change my automated health centered reactions of my nervous system that has occurred due to such chronic suffering. I want to change this obsessive health-concerned attitude (that I have picked out of such suffering) but my poor constitution do net let me do that, and I am stuck to it.Plz help doctor.

11. Also discuss the issues you might have had in childhood. Talk about your family, your upbringing, your parents. What kind of child were you? What did you fear, what did you aspire to, what do you remember the most?

At the age of 8 yrs I had to get admitted to hospital due to acute dehydration and diarrhoea that had caused due to food poisoning. I lost my consciousness due to dehydration for a whole day.

I had a dysfunctional and economically struggling family. Stress has always been a part of our family. My parents did not have harmonious relationship when I was growing up and I used to remain upset for that.

As a child I was physically weak, academically hard working, analytically strong, nervous on stage performance, shy, studious but used to lack concentration and attention in classes sometimes, easily distracted, fantasy oriented, imaginative, irritated from inside, discontented, used to cry if someone would have shown sympathy to me after I was scolded or abused, was emotional, I had fear of darkness or being alone in home, as if somebody unknown/ghostly is coming or is standing behind the door, or in the next room.

Now, I fear of being embarrassed or humiliated between people, or getting late or miss the train.

I can think well and create new ideas provided I have required knowledge of the subject and no physical tension. I aspire to turn my ideas, organizational ideas into reality successfully. Manifestation of ideas gives me satisfaction. I am an electronics engineer by profession.

Though I am persevering by nature and naturally optimistic, but tend to get stuck to aweful memories. I have forgotten the feeling of well being since last two years but still optimistic to get well.

12. Lastly talk about the way in which you handle or cope with your problems. What are the patterns that reoccur in your life? How do you find yourself managing your problems, even if it is not successful? To what degree do your problems affect you? How do you think everything will work out in the end for you?

I want to get to the root of any problem. Because I am never satisfied by any temporary masking or superficial solutions. I am bit detail oriented. ‘Let go’ attitude has been like a myth to my subconscious nervous system since long back.

Past traumatic incidents or events which my conscious mind has probably forgotten, is always remembered by my subconscious mind, leading me to such automated odd reactions, disturbing my core functionalities.

Since last 2 years I am facing most problems of life without being able to solve them efficiently because most of the time my mind does not remain alert to the actual problem presented by the moment or situation, instead, automatically reproduces a past reaction to a present problem. I have become more a reactive guy than a responsive person, which my logical mind cannot stand with.

My problems specifically health related problems affect my way of living a lot.

I hope that somebody more wise and efficient would help me to get out of my problem because I am ready to co-operate. I hope things will turn out to be fine in the end. When it has began, it shall end, sooner or later; but it will end.

Regards

Firstly just to clear things up, I am not a medical doctor. I am qualified, trained and registered as a homoeopath, but in my country it is not necessary to also be a doctor.

I am very interested to see that your Hep B vaccination had such a terrible result for you. I experienced the same thing over 20 years ago, and the damage to my health actually drove me to a homoeopath, who then inspired me to study. And here I am still practicing. Hep B vaccinations are quite dangerous.

There is a lot of information here so give me a little time to work through it. I may still have a few questions to clarify after that.

Definitely David you take time.

Vaccination sometimes can be dangerous and damaging to health, affecting the over all well being of an individual.

Anyway, I hope that your experience will help me a lot to get out of this cobweb.

David,

Acrid (i.e., sharp and pungent)perspiration is still there along with hyperacidity, indigestion, abdominal bloating, flatulence and anxiety.

The acrid perspiration is aggravated by use of deos or powders so i had stopped using these much earlier.

Another drink I hate that I had forgot to mention and that is Milk (both cold and warm).

I hate milk because it gives rise to excessive, bloating and gas for me.

Alright I think this looks a lot like Lycopodium. Do you have to order remedies in? If so purchase 200c and 1M.

You can buy this as drops or as pillules. Do not buy tablets.

INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING

Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2 granules or 2 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.

Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).

Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away. Wash this cup and spoon in hot water, not detergent, and keep them aside to use for further doses.

This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.

Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).

Take one dose only, which will consist of 2 hits of the bottle, 1 drop, 1/2 cup of water, 2 teaspoons into the mouth. Report the effect of this after 5 days.

David,
Is there any special kind of alcohol which I should use for my remedy? As I am a non-alcoholic I have to purchase alcohol for the remedial purpose. This is why I am asking.

You start with 200c. Any kind of spiritous alcohol is fine, as long as it has nothing added to it like peppermint, milk, cream etc.

I use brandy, vodka or whiskey in clinic.

David,
Got a new 15 ml glass bottle, a new dropper, a new cup(100ml), a new teaspoon, Lycop 200c and 1M. Took the 1st dose this morning in empty stomach.

Detail:
1.Mixed gently 12.5ml distlld water with almost 2.5ml vodka(i.e.,in 5:1 ratio)within the 15ml bottle.

2.Added 2 drops of Lycop 200c in the mixture and did hit the bottle TWICE firmly against the palm of hand.

3.Added 1 drop from the bottle in 1/2 cup(=50ml)of distilled water, stir them properly and took 2 teaspoon full into the mouth. [Took the breakfast after 1 hour.]

4. Threw the rest from the cup away. Kept the cup and spoon in place, after washing them thoroughly with hot water, for future use.

I will report after 5 days i.e., on 27th April.

Regards

David,
I have a general question. Can bio-chemic salt be taken with a Constitutional Remedy?
If I take Kali Phos 6x will it contradict with the action of my constitutional remedy?

Regards
