wrist cartilege tear

hello,

i'm looking for some help regarding a tear in the cartilege in my left wrist. i injured this wrist in january. for a while it was better with rest and a removable cast. but of late it has gotten worse. wrist rotation makes the pain worse. i cannot type or play the piano with my left hand.

the injury specifically is to the tfcc cartilege on the side of the wrist under the little finger.

i was told to take phosphorous. is this a good remedy for this kind of injury?

i would really like to avoid surgery... i've read some horror stories online on things that can go wrong with surgery.

what remedies can i take?

thank you in advance...r

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I dont think that is perfect remedy for this kind of problems. Can u describe that how u got the injury and what was the situation of that time immediate after injury? What is the actual problem now?

If it is totally teared than as far as I know that surgery is the obvious option but if it is teared partially and some of it still have a very weak bonding than homeopathic medicine can help u to repair it totally.

Thank you for replying dr showrav. I injured my wrist in January while moving furniture. I was pulling a table towards me when I felt a small pop in my left wrist. The pain as I described is in the part of the wrist directly under the little finger. I went to the orthopedic doctor and he said there is a cartilage there called the tfcc, at the ulnar, which probably got torn.

I did an MRI and it shows only a very small tear. Mostly there is fluid there from inflammation from the tear.

I have tried to keep my wrist immobilized, but the pain still comes back. The pain occurs most when I try to rotate my palm down. Any remedies would be appreciated.
