Dr'my father has a type of skin problem , on his neck,under arms and on his neck extra skin is growing,Dr please tell me what to do.

14. Tongue and Taste: Like Sweet, Healthy Food

16. What exactly is happening? As stated above, no pains, only extra skin in under arm and neck
17. How do you feel? Good
18. How does this affect you? No Way
19. How does it feel like? Good
20. What comes to your mind? Nothing
21. One situation that had a big effect on you? Hurting Someone
22. How did that feel like? Bad
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation? To solve the issue as fast as possible
