arnica 30c vs. 200ck

I am four days post-op for a rhinoplasty. I started taking arnica 30c three days prior to surgery and have continued up until today. I finally ran out of pellets and went to the store to buy more. The guy behind the counter, who seemed knowledgable on the subject, told me to take 200ck instead of 30c, as it would help my bruising and swelling much more. Is this the case? If so, why/how? I don't know anything about homeopathy so I apologize for my ignorance, but I'm curious as to whether this is the right course to take.

Is there a specific dosage that is most beneficial?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have used Arnica 30c exclusively after my Retropubic Prostatectomy 3 years ago at age 73. I surprised the nursing staff and the surgeon by ordering the removal of the Morphine syringe from the IV line 24 hours after surgery. I was able to tolerate the post surgical pain even better than with the morphine and recovery was very fast and I was discharged on the 5th day.

I would prefer you to take the Arnica 30c or ck. The 200c is not indicated for long term use.

You may also like to know that I have used Arnica 6c every night for the last 9 years and I have sufficient evidence to prove that the regular daily use of Arnica promoted deep sleep and thereby helps the body to recover during sleep better.
