low milk supply

I have a 5 months old baby, has had difficulties with breastfeeding, primarily low milk supply now, I was wondering, I breastfed my first 2 children and thought this time was going to be easier, my 1st baby also I did not have a lot of milk but did not have to supplement, she gain the minimum, with my second it was better but with this one I have had to supplement from week 2 to get her to gain 5 ounces a week, please let me know if there is anything I can do at this stage, I have worked with a couple of lactation consultants, have pumped, have taken a bunch of supplements, now taking chinese herbs and doing acupuncture, so far my supply is still low, I am making 21-24 ounces a day, she needs 36- 38 please let me know if there is still any hope, thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take Lac Defloratum 30c twice a day at 30 min before meal at morning and night.

2 drops of medicine in a cup of water is a dose for u.

Take Sebal serru Q 10 drops twice in a day at morning and evening 30 min after meal with a cup of water.

U can totally rely on homeopathic medicines for this types of problem but u must have to stop all other medication and treatments except physical exercise or massaging.

Thanks for giving me hope. I ordered the remedies so hopefully will start taking the medicine sometime next week. Do I need to stop acupuncture now or can I do a couple more sessions while waiting on the medicine?, so ricinus Communis would not be indicated in my case right?, thanks again and blessins to you

U need to stop acupuncture when u will start medicine as I suggested. I hope nothing more will need for u to do achieving ur problems solve.

yes Dr, also when we started breastfeeding the early weeks I had sore nipples, a lactation consultant told me that my baby had posterior tongue tie issues affecting her sucking and transferring the milk, I think all this made me produce less milk, my left breast?nipple area is a bit sore, started about two weeks ago around the same time I had some engorgement/plugged duct in that breast, thanks
