Please help, pus, tooth extraction and Silicae

Hello,

Please will you give me some help?
My dog had a tooth extracted and developed an infection. I used silicae 12x twice a day for three weeks and there was no change in the amount of pus coming up from the adjcent tooth. I stopped the Silicae and then three days later there was a 2 mm long fragment of bone sitting in the hole in the gum where the pus was draining. The pus subsequently reduced, but now, two weeks later, the pus is back - not as much and only coming up when I squeeze the gum. The pus is white/pale cream as it was before.
I don't know what to do now and am desperate for some help. Should I presume that there could be another foreign body that my vet didn't remove when extracting the tooth and use the silicae again?
I am really terrified that this pus is coming up from a cavitation in the jaw bone caused by removing the tooth and not the section of periodontal ligament - I have read so much about the risk of cavitations and the danger the pose to health.
I gave my dog 3 doses of Phosphorus before starting the Silicae as I believe this is closest to her constitutional remedy.
Please help me and my beautiful dog, we will be so very grateful.
Thank you.

Have just read your plea for help.

You can use Arnica 30c in the Wet dose given every 3 hours and report his response in 48 hours.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

Thank you for your reply and offering help. I will order this remedy in the suggested liquid.
Will Arnica help to expel any further foreign body and the pus? or will the Silicae I already gave her have removed *everything * that could possibly be there causing a problem? The pus did lessen considerably after the fragment of bone came out of her gum after using Silicae.
I did give her Arnica 30 before and after the extraction of her tooth.
Sorry for asking questions and thank you again for helping in the first place.
P.S. Liquid Arnica 30 now ordered - can't wait until it arrives on Tuesday - it's a long time to wait!

HI Joe,

After dosing my dog every 3 hours (through the night also) for 48 hours as you suggested, I am sad to report that there is absolutely no change in the amount of pus coming up the side of her tooth.
If you, or anyone else, has any suggestions, I would be really grateful - I keep wondering if there could be another bone fragment in the gum. Giving her Silica 12 for 3 weeks caused a large fragment to come up and there was a great reduction in the pus. Please could someone tell me whether there is any point giving her Silica again, or whether the first lot of Silica would have removed EVERYTHING that could be down there?
Please help me.
