For my wife ailments

Thanks for your remedies prescribed to me.
My wife now aged 36
I would like to note the following for your suggestion.
First child delivery in 2005 she didn’t had pains 5 days after the due date and the on a person suggestion we gave her Pulsatilla CM potency there was a miracle event she got the pain within 2 hours of the dose but she cant release the child she got operated.
Second issue was in 2010 seven month in pregnancy had a internal death reasons not known.
Recently she tested positive for IGG test taken and was treated with Spiramycin, Azhithromycin & Doxycycline.
Her last period was on 26th feb and she got conceived. Now she is taking Sustan 200 Mg and Folibest.
Now for the last few weeks she is witnessing a erosion in the layer of her tongue for which no treatment is started.
She is easily tempered woman, her hair root goes white, her stomach, abodomen and butts looks heavy. Now she looks like 9 month pregnant. Also suggest me any remedy for now and start continue the medication for pregnancy.
