Dear Sir,
My sleep pattern is as follow.I go to bed at 10.30.pm. I sleep in 15 min time. Wake up at 12.30.Go to toilet if necessary.
Again sleep in 20 min time.Wake up 2.30 with some dream. Again sleep in about 20 min and wake at 4.30 with dream. It is like this. Can any body suggest any remedy.
