White discharge problem before period days

Hi..my wife is 26 yrs old and she complains of heavy white discharge problem and pain in stomach and legs (cramps) when her date is 3-4 days away.
These symptoms go away after menstrual cycle completes. Could somebody suggest some good drug for this .
For white discharge problem, we have consulted Allopathy and Dr recommended SMEAR PAP test, but there was no abnormality in that and report was normal

Please advice

Thanks
