HELP! Pilonidal Cyst patient from India

Hello all,
My name is Nihal. I am 28 years old and hail from India. For the last 4 years, I have been suffering from pilonidal cyst. For the initial year or two, there was some bleeding and pus discharge from the opening. After that, a lump started forming on top of it. This soft but thick skin tissue has protruded out of the cavity now. It looks like a vertical, elongated, oval shaped lump of thick skin joined to the cyst area via some skin. I think it's more of an overgrowth of skin. There no is bleeding but the pus discharge happens regularly. The pain is very little too, only some discomfort. I NEED URGENT HELP BEFORE MY MARRIAGE. So please help!!!! SOS!!!!

NOTE: I also suffer from palmar-plantar hyperhidrosis since childhood for which I use the Iontophoresis machine. The sweating got cured in the palmar-plantar area but there was some compensatory sweating in the armpits. For that, I have been taking homeopathic medication. I have been taking weekly doses of Silicea 10M for some weeks. It is my inkling (thought this could just be my imagination) that the pus discharge has increased slightly since I started taking it. Just FYI.

NOTE 2: I only need treatment for the cyst as my palmar-plantar hyperhidrosis is under control with the Iontophoresis machine.

I have also filled the questionnaire below:

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I think Silicea alone is good enough for u with a good selection of medicine but I do not agree with the potency 10M of it. But as u r using it and the medicine selection is perfect seems to me except the potency! I hope it will give u some benefit near future. But I will recommend u to take Calc Sulph 200X 3 tablets daily once at morning or night before or after 30 min from meal except the day gap of Silicea untill its gone. It often boosts up the power of Silicea to dry up and heal those wounds which gains pus cells.

Avoid taking tea, coffee, chocolate, sour and salty foods.

Report me after 10 days pls.

Thanks a lot, Dr. Showrav. Will report back to you after 10 days! My doctor has been giving me medication for hyperhidrosis for more than an year. Lot of trial and experimentation! It is only recently that he has increased the potency.

Hello Dr. Showrav,

I sincerely apologize for the delay in replying. As prescribed by you, I followed the above-mentioned medication routine regularly. Here are the observations:

1. During the course of the medication (it took me 1.5 months to finish a small bottle of Calc Sulph 200X while taking the dosage without a break), I found that the size of the lump of skin (shaped like a balloon) on top of the cyst had started decreasing. There was regular pus discharge but the size did decrease a little, slowly.

2. Once the medication got over (which was a month ago), the pus discharge is still taking place, though the size of the lump seems to have remained same or have increased by only a little.

3. How can it be cured further? How can I stop the pus discharge or puncture this lump? How can the cyst be closed? Should I continue the medication further as the cyst had prolonged for some years and may take time to heal?

Best,
Nihal

Thanks to brother Nawaz Khan for guiding the patient.

To Nihal,

Use Calendula Q with cotton at the opening face of the discharging twice a day at after bath and before sleep. Let the cotton stay for at least for 3 -4 hours each time.

Take 3 doses of Sulpher 1M at 3 days as one dose each day at night before 20 min from sleep.

report me after a week from the First dose of Sulpher. Continue the Calc Sulph 200X as before.
