I am writing down all the details for your perusal, I have been trying homeopathy for last 10 years almost, to no avail in my prostatic ailment, there has been period of temporary improvement in my thyroid functions.....I am a firm believer of Natural/Herbal/Ayurvedic medicines....was prescribed "Shilajit", which had some effect on my prostatorhea temporarily (shilajit stock with the doctor didnt last long)

Here are my symptoms

CURRENT COMPLAINTS

Prostatic Complaints
Loss of prostatic fluid with every urine
Urgency to pass urine, cannot hold urine,
Premature ejaculation first and second time both,
Very deep circles under the eyes, eyes sunken
Don¡¯t have any erection problems (sometimes the erection is very strong)
Libido decreasing
Memory faltering
Premature aging
Back pain

Thyroid Complaints
Hands and feet remains cold most of the time.
Cannot digest high protein food, must take a laxative to avoid Constipation
Getting bald
Obesity
Physical tiredness, mental exhaustion, cannot concentrate


AGGRAVATIONS

The following increases the flow of prostatic fluid,pain in testicle/penis/glans
Jogging, strenuous walking or swimming, weight lifting,
Eating sour, spicy foods, meat, fish, honey, olive, and dal (pulses)
Drinking fresh orange juices.

During Ramadan, the loss of prostatic fluid is very obvious because of less water intake.

PRECAUTIONS

Eating vegetables
Avoiding meat, pulses, oily food, sweets, sour and spicy food
Avoiding any physical exercises (strolling is manageable)
Avoid drinking very hot tea, avoid drinking fizzy drinks
Avoid drinking more than two cups of tea every day


DETAIL SYMPTOMS

Mind.©¤
Sadness with tears.
Anxious apprehension and inquietude, esp. about the health, with fear of not being cured.
Thinks about dying
noise is disagreeable.
Loss of memory.
Misapplying words and syllables.

Head.©¤
Tearing and drawing pains in head.©¤Lancinating headache, chiefly in temples and forehead; The headaches are > by pressing the forehead.

Note ( The headache has gone down in severity, after I have drastically reduced my salt intake)

Eyes.©¤
Redness and inflammation of eyes,
Spots dancing before sight,
Glassy Eyes

Note ( Eyesight has always remained perfect, 6 by 6, though there has been extensive use of personal computers, watching television, reading books)

Ears.©¤
sometimes painful only if fingered
hearing capacity is good

Nose.©¤
Normal

Face.©¤
Colour of face, yellow, or pale and sickly, with sunken eyes, surrounded by a livid circle.
Haggard, exhausted look; lifeless expression.
Great redness of face, alternately with paleness.
Bloatedness of face.

Teeth.©¤

Toothache, excited by cold water and sweet things in mouth.
Gums bleed if brushed hard, gums receding

Mouth.©¤
Dryness in mouth during sleep, must drink water during the night

Throat.©¤
Accumulation of mucus in throat specially after meal,
difficult to hawk up or to swallow, with sensation as if a lump of mucus were in throat.

Appetite.©¤
Used to be very strong,
Strong desire for sugar, salt, sour foods, (lemon), meat of all kinds, French fries
Feel very uneasy after full stomach (once a week atleast)

Stomach.©¤
Pressure in stomach like a heaviness after eating.

Stool and Anus.©¤
Constipation, sometimes every second day.

Urinary Organs.©¤
urgency to pass urine, cannot hold
discharge of prostatic fluid.
Bed wetting while sleeping after extensive walking or running

Male Sexual Organs.©¤
Tension, tearing, and pulling in glans and in penis.
Testicles or glans painful after extensive walking, running, swimming, weight lifting
Smell of prostatic fluid comes from the cloth after doing extensive exercises, and
Urine gets very sticky ( more prostatic fluid) after those exercises
Excessive increase or absence of sexual desire.
Repugnance to coition.
Unwanted erection.
Erection is very strong occassionaly
Get easily aroused sexually
Premature ejaculation ( first and second time both )
Quantity of semen less
Watery semen sometimes
Will never have wet dreams, even if there has been no sexual intercourse for 6 months


Respiratory Organs.©¤
Hoarseness and roughness in throat, with violent sneezing (3 ¨C 6 times )
Dry cough, esp. at night, and in evening;
the yellow pus and tough mucus has to be swallowed again and again
when shown to an allopath,infectious throat is diagnosed and antibiotic prescribed although there is no infection, and no relief after completing several courses of high dose of antibiotics.

Drawing pains in back specially in the morning, cannot get up easily
Back aches as if broken, gets better after walking

Upper Limbs.©¤
Paralytic pain in wrist,Shootings in wrist
Coldness of hands.
White spots on finger nails, comes and go

Lower Limbs.©¤
Pain in right thigh, ( now it has subsided )
The limbs fall asleep while lying.
Difficulty in knees on going up or downstairs.
Cold feet, even at night in bed.

Sleep.©¤
Sleep like a dead donkey, but sleep is very less, between 5 and 6 hours daily
Dreams in Technicolor, vivid, and in great detail

Fever.©¤
Havent had a fever since 12 years almost,
Even in the case of some infection, all symptoms are there, but body temperature doesn¡¯t rise
