Redness between paws

Hi I am Bipin in Toronto. My doggie has developed redness between his paws - both right front and rear feet.
He keeps licking his paws. Otherwise he is ok, like no limp when he walks or pain etc.
I have taken him to the vet but it has not helped. He has given a liquid wash for use after his walks.
It is some kind of allergy the vet says, but difficult to assess.
We thought it was his new food, so we changed back to the old one.
Request please suggest a homeopathic remedy, as we are users of homeopathy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi Dr. Varun, Shadow is (2) years old, and he is a big black dog with white on his paws and neck/chest area.
Quite a unique fellow as he also eats almost all fruits and many vegetables raw.
Pretty playful and happy.
Since (6) months old he is on the steroid Prednisolone since he was pre-disposed to mouth ulcers and redness / white spots on the tongue.
But the Paw problem is a very recent occurrence.
Thanks Sir. Await your response anxiously.
Bipin Gupta.
