Longtime serious sinus issues--possibly related to tooth extraction with sinus perforation

Hello. I'm a 54 year-old male with a longtime sinus drainage problem that is pretty much constant (copius mucus in sinuses and constant post-nasal drip). I've had issues with my body producing quite a lot of mucus/drainage for many years, but it seems to be worse after an upper molar extraction last year where the sinus was perforated and would drain from the tooth. The hole in the tooth cavity seemed to finally close some months ago, but the sinuses are still producing a lot of mucus all of the time. I would be grateful for any suggestions. Note that I've tried kali bichromium 30c (3 pellets twice per day for week long intervals with only slight relief). I have also recently developed something that seems like asthma during aerobic exercise--especially when I surf (shortness of breath accompanies even greater production/drainage of mucus during surfing). Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take silicea 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next 15 days.
