allergic

dear sir,
my grand son 8 years old is suffering from a peculiar allergy.
the followings are the details. he had brest feeding for about one
year. when he was switched over to normal milk, it was found he is allergic to milk. on investigation, it is found that he is having wheezing and allergic to nuts also. it is found that his allergic condition is very severe one. even he cannot touch milk. by chance he touches he gets swelling in that area.
all the while he is living with soy milk and soy products free from
normal milk ingredients. after two years of age he was with soild food like crushed veg and rice as he was not able to chew. slowly he stared chewing. he takes an hour or so to finsh his meal. often suffers
from wheezing also along with cold and cough. he can take pulses and cereals.
if by any chance by mistake if he takes any milk ingredients, he would be breathlessness and an emergency is called for.
he is living u.s. of course he is citzen of us by birth.
can you please suggest any remedy for his condition.
