Numbness of face

Hello,

I have a friend who woke up one morning with numbness on the left side of her face. It covers the area from the eye lid and goes down into the jaw.
Any Homeopaths out there who have successfully treated this scenario?

If her whole symptom profile fits Causticum, I will recommend this to her. I would say 30C taken twice a day for maximum 3 days.
Her chief complaint is on the physical level, and balanced on the emotional/mental/spiritual level.

After thinking about it again I feel if she has been having this numbness for quite a while and it has no real affect on her daily life I would leave it alone.
But will have to discuss further with her to find out.
