This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The fact that she has a fever with hot head and cold limbs and bluish complexion, points to the remedy Belladonna.
I suggest Belladonna 30C, taken every few hours until fever comes down and then discontinue.

Alexa,

Take note that Belladonna is an acute remedy, for fevers that come on suddenly and spike to become very high. Long-term fevers seldom yield to Belladonna. However, I assume that your daughter's fever came on suddenly and very recently. It is important that the remedy be discontinued as soon as there is improvement. I am positive that this will help her. However, after taking the remedy and if symptoms do not improve or resolve after 2 days, I would discontinue the use of the Belladonna.
Please let me know how she gets on.

If the fever continues to remain above 39 for more than a few hours after taking the Belladonna, I would call a medical doctor to be safe.
