need help!

OK so I realised I need to be more specific about what is ailing me:

Enlarged lingual tonsil on left side (lots of bumps) sensation of something stuck in throat when swallowing, occasional ear pain (about once a year but dissapears) I have been told I could have post nasal drip, along with acid reflux...
I cough every morning to clear phlegm which is clear like water, I have done this ever since I can remember.
I did an allergy test about 7 years ago and apparently I am sensitive to grass pollen...
I have been suffering from bouts of depression since my son was born ( almost a year ago) along with anxiety and fearing the worst ever since my health has been playing up.
I have just recovered from Thyroid surgery to remove 1/2 my thyroid due to a benign tumor (3 months ago) so am unsure if the swallowing difficulties and swollen tonsil are related to this? My thryoid is now functioning normally so no need for medications.
My gums bleed sometimes when I floss, my jaw clicks when I open it (on right side)
I sometimes get sensation of tingling or numbness at back of throat (left side) which seems to extend down my windpipe to chest on left side...
Thats about it....
Oh I am 31 year old female, fair skinned, I have bad posture and most of my ailments affect the upper body (head, neck, chest area)
What do you think would be the best treatment for me?

Thank you!!
