Fluid and Stagnant Blood on Knee

I have a chronic knee condition from which I obtained from a surgery 9 years. ( mosaicplasty)
Was vey active but condition has gotten progressively worse. I am a 58 yr. old male. Stagnant fluids has settled behind knee as well as lateral side.
Fluids settle in joint from the time I get out of bed and is quite sore, and painful.
Lack flexibility because of inflammation as well.
Just started rhus tox 30c one week ago; 4pellets 3 times per day.
Would appreciate any and all help.

Sincerely

Will give them a go; Can I take them all together at the same time or should I rotate them until I see some results?
