Wrinkles n holes on face.

Dear doctors,
I m 35 yrs old woman but look like 50 yrs. i feel very sad due to this. i had glowing, fair, flawless complexion throught my life ( was envied by all my friends) dnt know how it changed during these last few years. my main problem is holes ( i guess these r called open pores) n wrinkles on my face. my full face is filled with these holes, which i feel look very enlarged whn i go out in d sun. i cannot face anyone due to this, feel so embarassed. also i hve turned dark. my fair, pinkish colour is no more. feel very sad whn people keep asking me abt this. kindly help me sir. i had read on this forum about fregaria vesca 3x for fairness but whn i went to d pharmacy they asked for d strength which i did nt know so sir plz kindly help me for wrinkles, tiny holes on face n fairness. will b waiting for ur kind reply. thanking u in advance sir.
