Remedy for Lichen Planus

I am a 34 yr old female. I want to know if there is any treatment for Oral Lichen Planus or Lichenoid reaction.

I have been suffering for the past two years now. I was initially told to use topical creams containing corticosteroids which I used for a couple of months and then stopped since I did not want to use any steriod. Since it was one the inside of the right cheek which had some metal filling done earlier on the doctor recommeded me to remove all the filling and have the molars filled with enamel filling. I did that and then had regular checkups done. The doctor has told that that the scar would remain but the disease as such is not active at present. But I keep getting these blisters on the edges of the white patches and they do hurt and my mouth has become sensitive to Spicy and hot food. Now I have noticed a couple of new spots on the left cheek. I had been to the doc in Jan and he told that it is because of me biting the cheek. But I am not sure if that is the reason. I am worried. Is there anything that I can take to help me cure this condition of mine.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Bach flower remedies are mostly
preventative and palliative. Why
not get a homeopathy prescription
for the problem??
