whey protein and creatine supplement ??

Hello,

Can homeopathy help in bodybuilding supplement ? Whey protein and creatine are two essentials supplement used by athletes and bodybuilders. creatine supplement powder/capsule and XTRA-MASS/Syntrax supplement (whey protein) are very popular. Just wander and very much interested if homeopathy have any contribution is this field too. The above mentioned supplements are also very costly. Any help from homeopathy ?
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homeopathy is used to erase disease
states so the body/vital force works
at optimum levels.

If you are a healthy person, you would
not use homeopathic remedies bc they
are for a DISEASE STATE.

If you cannot gain weight for example,
etc then homeopathy could help ,otherwise it is counter productive and people are now putting remedies into
body building things and the unknowing
consumers think they are taking
VITAMINS or supplements.

Just do the protein and food things,
if you want to body build, don't
use homeopathic remedies-you
may end up with something you
never had- especially if you keep
taking them over and over.

Thanks for your response.
Multivitamin are also required in daily exercise when you are under weight training. What about taking Five-phos 6x, Alfaalfa , avinasat, sebalseru, simul etc... for long run ?

You can find phos, magnesium and
cell salts in multi vitamins along
with herbs-

A good multivitamin is a good thing
but often they are not digested right
bc they need to be the powder in the
pills.

The key here is moderation in all things.
I don't know if you are in a contest?
or what? but you don't need all that stuff.
I have friends, in their 20's early 30's
they have a great physique- they do
it the old fashioned way, cardio. lift
weights, and eat good organic food.
Make shakes every day with juiced
up veggies and ginger- omega 's
and get their micro nutrients -
and take a simple multi vitamin and
a probiotic. That is it.

The other stuff is not normal!!!
you don't need it. :-)

Thanks for your reply. I'm not in a contest but in a process to recover my muscle. I used to do exercise but since last one year I have not done. I used to do superset of push-up and pull-ups with wristroller and benchpress which gave me good health. But now I am felling really exhausted to do all these and I not gaining muscle development.Testosteron theraphy can give a better result, but that's is very expensive solution. Hence I like to use supplemet. I'm now 37 ans can do
pushup 3x15
assitive pull up 3x10
wristroller 3x10 with 50pound
benchpress 3x10 with 100 pound

But can't see any improvement in musscle.Going to start Xtra-Mass soon. Also havong plan to take Acid-phos for 3 months along with lycopodium-10M twicw a month for three months. Any suggestion is very much welcome

How long have you been trying the
exercise to do this?

My friends who lost muscle mass due
to !. being ill 2. getting lazy

Regained all their muscles and they told
me it took 2 and half months, they
little by little went back to gym etc,
and that is the natural amount of time.

So I don't know if you are jumping the gun here and have unreasonable expectations of how the body should
work.-And you might give yourself
major major problems taking a
10M!! when not even indicated for
ANYTHING- that is a very very high
dose that works on physical and
spirtual leveles- body mind. What
are you thinking??

I just don't want to see you back here
to repair the damage you will do
to yourself for taking medicine
to get muscles!! when there is no
real problem. It is your body-
please do not mess it up out of
ignorance- people are trying to sell
all kinds of supplements now and
putting homeopathics in them which
I think is evil, bc most people think
they are some kind of vitamin.

Recognize that people who want to
sell stuff , most do not care what
happens to you, they want the money.

After getting an alert from you, I am not going to take 10M any more. that's for sure. I have recently tested my testosteron and it is 12.5 nmol/L . Is it normal ? I have a pain on my lower abdomen in the morning every day and have a sticky stool. Taken cina-30 but no benefit from it. !!!

Ok- first I have to ask- how long
have you been taking Lyco 10M?

and how often?

Were you having ANY of these abdomen
pains etc BEFORE you took Lyco?

Lyco is a big digestive remedy and if
you had none of this prior to taking
Lyco and did not need Lyco- then you
could be proving or manifesting the
symptoms of what Lyco is trying to cure.

For example- a person I know took
Pulsatilla 200c- it was not the right
remedy for them but one of the symptoms of pulsatilla is involuntary
release of urine and bladder spasms.
The person had loss of urine control
within 24 hours of taking pulsatilla.
Did not have that before taking it..
Took several days of not taking the
remedy and it left and bladder control
came back. This is what I mean.

Thanks for your kind response and clarification.

I have this low ab-domain pain in the morning along with sticky stool since long. Once cina helped me to reduce the pain and having solid stool but after that it didn't help me any more. Regarding lyco I didn't aware it healing property related to digestion system. I took 10M only once 3 days ago. And I feel a strong male organ.

I'm also taking carbo-veg 30 before going to bed for a healing in lower ad-domain pain. No prominent success yet. And taking Acid-phos Q 5 drops every day after dinner to get a good T-level. But don't know why I feel tired. Maybe the digestive system can't absorb the food value !!!
