Chronic Mild Fever with no diagnose and all test reports normal.
Dear Sir,I am writing on behalf on my father age 69.
He is suffering from a chronic low fever from last 3 months. The fever ranges from as low as 97.5 degrees in the morning and by 12 pm it reached 99.2 degrees and becomes normal by night.
He has got all the blood and urine tests done and the tests are completely normal. The physician doubted about typhoid fever however the test reports were completely normal.
He has some ENT problems since many years. used to feel light headed and also felt a forceful noice of air in the ears. Though it is ok now but yes nowadays his nostrils becomes very dry at night while sleeping and the wax in the nostrils blocks the air and he can not breathe thus wakes up at night and looses the quality sound sleep.
Due to this chronic mild fever he has lot of weakness, pain in body specially forehead, back and legs. he also feels the fatigue.
His weight has reduced and he would be weighing 58-60 kgs at a height of 5'5'.
Inspite of all this weakness he has to take care of my old grand father age 94. So my father is always on a move. has to do a lot of leg work for daily chores of house.
Please let me know the remedy for the same.

Please give him Nux Vomica 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next few days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

My father took Nux Vomica 30 twice a day for 3 days but there is no change in fever or condition.
My father was already having Nux Vomica 200 twice a day for last 10 days before I wrote for the first time in the forum. I did not know about it else would have mentioned the same earlier. So both Nux vomica 200 and 30 did not bring any change in the condition. The dose of 200 potency was prescribed by a local dispensary in the town.
Please advice next course of remedy.
